From the Capital Beltway exit at either Gallows Road or US-50 Westbound.
Follow the blue hospital "H" signs to Inova Fairfax Hospital.

There are three entrances to the hospital complex: Gray, Red and Blue.
Turn into the BLUE entrance for the Women’s Center.
Park in the BLUE parking garage - there are dedicated parking spaces for Radiation Oncology patients on the third level of the garage.

After parking cross the street to the hospital, either by the elevated bridge or on the surface

Inside the hospital ask for directions to or follow the signs towards the MAROON or BLUE elevators. Take the MAROON or BLUE elevator to the B LEVEL and you will see our reception desk in front of you as the doors open.

If you get lost or need assistance, dial 3731 on a hospital phone and our front desk staff will be able to assist you in finding our department.

From the Capital Beltway exit at US-50 Westbound You will veer to the left at the exit to stay on 50 West Proceed approximately 2 miles and turn left at Prosperity Avenue into the Prosperity Medical Plaza

You will see a complex of three medical buildings. The center building is 8503 Arlington Boulevard

You may either park in the parking garage in front of the medical plaza or drive to the back of the complex. Complimentary valet parking is available through Fairfax Radiological Consultants.

Potomac Radiation Oncology Center, a service of Potomac Hospital and Inova Health System provides convenient, comprehensive radiation therapy to the growing population of Prince William and its surrounding counties.

Our freestanding center is nestled in the corner of the Potomac Center on the Potomac Hospital campus in Woodbridge, Va. You can count on the expert care of a team led by a board-certified radiation oncologist, licensed radiation therapists, oncology nurse, social worker and dietician.

Precision Equipment and Treatment Planning and Delivery

Our state of the art technology includes a Primus linear accelerator and Oldelft treatment simulator with CT capabilities.

• Three-dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT)
• Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
• Prostate Brachytherapy

Expert Staff

• Medical Director: Board certified radiation oncologist with more than 20 years of experience in the treatment of cancer patients.
• Physicians: All board certified or eligible in radiation oncology.
• Full time Medical Physicist and Dosimetrist
• Director: Licensed radiation therapist with 28 years of experience in treatment and management.
• Registered Nurses: all board certified in radiation oncology.
• Radiation Therapists: licensed to perform the daily radiation treatments and simulations
• Support staff: Registered dietician and social worker.

Convenient Location

The center is conveniently located on the first floor of the Potomac Center, the medical office building next to Potomac Hospital. There are designated parking spaces for our patients adjacent to the front door – an asset our patients who come for daily treatments value greatly.

Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
The center has a 24 –hour emergency service after 5pm Monday through Friday and throughout the weekend. Call 703-776-3158 and ask for the radiation oncologist on call.

Directions to PROC

Northbound:

• Driving north on Interstate 95.
• From I-95 North, take Exit 156, Dale City and Rippon Landing.
• From the exit lane, take the Dale City exit. Go about ½ mile.
• At your second light, turn right onto Gideon Drive. Follow the blue hospital “H” sign.
• At the second light, turn right onto Opitz Blvd.
• At the fourth traffic light turn left onto the Potomac Hospital Campus.

Southbound:

• Driving south on Interstate 95.
• From I-95 South, take Exit 156 marked Dale City/ Rt. 784 West/Rippon Landing.
• After exiting, bear right and follow signs to Potomac Mills Mall and the blue hospital “H” signs. Stay right when the road splits and go right at the yield sign.
• Make next right at the Best Western Hotel onto Town Center Rd/Potomac Mills Rd.
• At second light make a right onto Opitz Blvd.
• Go to third light and make left hand turn into Potomac Hospital campus.

Eastbound:

Driving from Manassas on Prince William Parkway
• Take Prince William Parkway / VA-3000E until you reach Smoketown Rd. Smoketown Road becomes Opitz Blvd.
• Stay on Opitz Blvd, past Potomac Mills Mall and over I-95.
• At the second traffic light turn left onto Potomac Hospital campus.
• Once you enter the campus of Potomac Hospital continue up the hill. The Century Building will be on your right. PROC is located around the back of the building and there are designated parking spots right outside our front doors.
