Jeanna Conroy – Jeanna joined the Radiation Oncology Department in 2009 as a Patient Service Representative and since 2011 has served as the Patient Registration Manager for the Department. She originally hails from Michigan where she earned an Associates Degree in Business Studies and advanced certifications in Medical Transcription and Health Insurance Coding / Claims Specialist at Delta College. Outside of the clinic, Jeanna enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her family and friends.

Gabriel Agyei - Has served as a Patient Service Representative with the Department of Radiation Oncology at Inova Fairfax Hospital since 2003. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys sports, music and spending time with his wife and 3 beautiful children.

Linda Carter - Has served as a Patient Service Representative with the Department of Radiation Oncology at Inova Fairfax Hospital since 2003. She has been an employee of the Inova Hospital System since 1981.

Sandra Carmen-Lugo - Has served as a Patient Service Representative with the Potomac Radiation Oncology Center since 2004. Prior to working with ROA she worked in Medical Oncology and Radiology at Potomac Hospital as a nursing assistant and a receptionist. Outside of the clinic she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and helping people live, laugh and love life.

Jacquelyn Mitchell – Jacquelyn joined the Potomac Hospital Radiation Oncology Center in 2008 as an Information Specialist.  She has over five years of experience in scheduling, insurance verification, credentialing and marketing from her role as the Administrative Office Manager for an interventional pain management practice.  In her free time, Jacqueln enjoying cooking, baking, bowling, and spending time with her children.
